Terms of service
These terms are a starting point for a self-hosted installation. The operator should adapt them before offering access to anyone else.
The service
RankStack is research software. It records and scores information you supply. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, and no output should be treated as a prediction of commercial success.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell the operator promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not use it to scrape services in breach of their terms
- Do not import data you are not licensed to hold
- Do not attempt to access another account's research
Data you supply
You keep ownership of your research. You are responsible for having the right to store any third-party data you import, including licensed search-volume data.
Availability
This is self-hosted software. Availability depends on the operator's RankStack, and no uptime is guaranteed by the software itself.
