Privacy notice

What the software stores

• Your name, email address and a hashed password
• The research you enter: projects, briefs, audiences, keywords, SERP records, competitors and opportunities
• Technical audit and backlink results for the domains you add
• Exported and imported CSV files, in storage in RankStack
• RankStack logs recording errors and administrative actions

What it never stores

• Payment-card details — a payment provider holds those, if billing is enabled at all
• Passwords in a readable form; only a one-way hash is kept
• API keys or tokens in any export

Cookies

One session cookie, needed to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and marked Secure over HTTPS. There is no advertising or analytics cookie in the software as shipped.

Third parties

Nothing leaves RankStack unless the operator configures an integration — Google Search Console, Google Ads, a SERP provider or a payment provider. Each is opt-in and uses credentials the operator supplies.

Your data

You can export everything you have entered as standard CSV from the CSV exchange at any time. To request deletion, contact the operator of this installation.
